Gairm, an Idaho nonprofit, trains and certifies veterans and people with significant disabilities to build, staff, and operate AI-enabled contact centers — from agents and supervisors to architects and engineers. We turn overlooked talent into careers at every level.

- Vocational workforce training — registered apprenticeship for people with significant disabilities, veterans, and other under-served populations.
- AI-enabled contact centers — built and staffed by graduates of our apprenticeship, from agents and supervisors through to architects and senior engineers.
- Accessibility-first by design — screen readers, refreshable Braille, and alternative-input support designed into the workforce, the platform, and the curriculum.
- Advisory practice — consulting on Amazon Connect, AI, accessibility, and AbilityOne, for nonprofits and commercial customers building inclusive contact centers.
Mission
Gairm prepares people with significant disabilities, veterans, and other under-served populations for skilled employment through registered apprenticeship and vocational training, and provides them sustained, career-pathway employment by directly operating mission-aligned enterprises in which they do the work.
